Every item at Hafta Bazaar undergoes rigorous inspection and authentication before being listed. We provide detailed descriptions, high-resolution photographs, and disclose any significant wear, imperfections, or specific characteristics inherent to vintage items. These details are part of the item’s unique charm and history, not flaws.
2. General No-Return Policy for Vintage Items
Given the unique, pre-owned, and often collectible nature of our products, all sales of vintage designer handbags, vintage watches, and vintage accessories are generally considered final. We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, images, and ask any questions before making a purchase.
3. Exceptions for Refunds or Exchanges
We will consider a refund or exchange only under the following specific circumstances:
- Item Significantly Not as Described: If the item you receive is fundamentally different from its description on our Site (e.g., incorrect brand, model, or a major undisclosed defect that significantly impacts its functionality or aesthetic beyond typical vintage wear).
- Item Damaged in Transit: If the item arrives damaged due to shipping negligence. You must report this within 24 hours of delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Claim (for Eligible Exceptions)
If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception as outlined above, you must:
- Contact us immediately at Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the discrepancy or damage, and comprehensive photographic or video evidence of the issue and the original packaging.
- We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
5. Return Process for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved:
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and any other accompanying materials.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the approval of your claim.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims that meet the “significantly not as described” or “damaged in transit” criteria.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected to confirm the reported discrepancy or damage:
